And I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free!

May is an important month for remembering our nation’s military and servicemen and women. National Armed Forces Day is celebrated annually every third Saturday of May, this year being celebrated on May 21, 2016. It is a day to pay tribute, honor, and respect to all of the people who volunteer to serve in the United States’ armed forces and actually a part of an entire week to honor our servicemen and women.

More than a day to get together with our families and have a BBQ, Memorial Day, which is Monday, May 30, 2016, is an American holiday designated to remember all of those men and women who died while serving our nation’s military. The cost of freedom is never free and we are grateful for their ultimate sacrifice for our nation and its future.

At HopSkipJumpPaper, we are proud to support and honor the members of our nation’s military with prints recognizing the importance of their sacrifice. With prints celebrating every branch of the military—Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines Corps—they are the perfect gift for the soldier or military family in your life.

We also have prints you can send to your soldier or military family stationed overseas. Support them with your love and a printable that says you love them from here to wherever they may be.

i love you from here to afghanistan

And finally, a huge THANK YOU to all of our brave men and women who are serving in the military now, all the veterans gave of their time and even lives to protect what our nation stands for, and to all of the young people considering or preparing to serve in the future. We are grateful for you beyond words.
