Answers to Common Questions

1. Can I customize my art print?

All available art prints can be customized. Please see the instructions on the individual products for personalization information. For additional information, please see the Ordering & Design Process page

Greeting cards can't be personalized because they are printed in bulk. 

2.  When will my order ship? Can my order be rushed?

Free First Class Shipping within the US! Express and Priority shipping is available at additional cost. All art prints, mugs and totes are individually printed after the order is placed. Please allow sufficient time for printing.

Production can take longer during major US holidays. Please contact me before placing a rush order to make sure I can accommodate your needs. 

Art prints: 3-7 business days
Greeting Cards: 2-4 business days
Mugs and Tote bags: 5-7 business days

Shipping time not included in the production time. Expedited shipping does not change the order processing time.

2. Can I choose the color?
- The color chart has 36 color options (or choose Default in Photo). Click or scroll to the last image in the listing for the color chart. 

3. Can I change the text on the pre-made prints? I want my hometown on there!
- Please see the instructions on the individual products for personalization information.
- "I LOVE YOU" can be changed to "WE LOVE YOU" for no extra charge.

4. What are my size and material options?
- The unframed art print DOES NOT come with a frame.
- Please use the drop down menu to choose your options: unframed, framed, and canvas.
- The default basic frame in this listing is black with plexiglass and doesn't have a mat.

5. How are the products packaged for shipping?

Orders are packaged based on the product being shipped. Small prints ( 11" x 14" and smaller ) are shipped in flat boxes. Larger prints are shipped in protective tubes. Gallery wrapped canvas and framed prints are shipped in boxes.  

6. Can I include a gift note?

Sure! Please leave the gift message in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. There is no additional charge for the gift note. Sorry, gift wrapping is not available.

7. Domestic U.S. Shipping

Domestic shipping is shipped first class through USPS, UPS or FedEx, usually with delivery confirmation. Please allow about 1 week for delivery. Tracking information will be sent when it is shipped. 

8. International Shipping
International Orders are usually shipped via APC Postal Logistics. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your package will go through Customs, which can delay the package's arrival. Your country may charge additional Customs duty and/or import taxes on your purchase, which are the buyer's responsibility. Orders are marked as 'merchandise' on Customs forms. I will not mark the package as "gift" to avoid Customs fees, nor will I send the package without a Customs form. 

International orders will be refunded after the package is presumed lost (after 6 weeks time). International shipments can take a while to arrive due to Customs and travel time. Refunds won't be issued because a package is delayed. I do not accept returns due to customs/duty/country fees.

9. Damaged Packages
All products are carefully packaged in case the shipper decides to play football with them. If an item arrives damaged, please send me a photo and I'll send another one right away.

10. Returns
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at: jeanne@hopskipjumppaper.com.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns. 

Digital art is not eligible for returns. 

All refunds and returns must be made within 45 days of purchase. 

Returns and refunds will be made after the item(s) is returned back to me in its original condition.
