ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Payment for the initial order via credit card is required prior to shipping. I accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and PayPal. All orders are charged at the time of shipment. Net 30 terms may be extended to partners with recurring orders. No orders for accounts with a balance due will be shipped until outstanding payment has been made.
The wholesale discounts are 30-50% off, depending on the items ordered.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Our minimum opening order is $200, with a minimum reorder of $100. The items can be mixed and matched to make the minimum order. For example, you can order 10 tote bags and 5 art prints to make a minimum order.
Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Invoices are sent via email at time of shipment. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Please let me know if you’d like to request special shipping or if you’d like to use your UPS or FedEx shipping account number.
Each greeting card is placed in a cello sleeve with an envelope. Each art print is placed in a cello sleeve with a cardboard backing.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds are not given on unsold merchandise. If there is any damage during shipping, please send a photo and I will reship the same item (as long as it's within 10 days after package is received).
